- Adding or removing layovers/stopovers
- Cabin upgrades or downgrades
- Correction of minor passenger name errors (as per airline rules)
- Rebooking due to airline schedule changes or cancellations
- Voluntary changes for personal reasons

All change requests are processed in accordance with the fare rules associated with your ticket, which vary by airline, cabin class, and route.

If Your Fare Allows Changes:
- Airline-imposed change fees may apply
- Fare differences (higher or lower) may apply depending on new flight availability
- Reissue will only be processed after written approval from the passenger
β If Your Fare is Non-Changeable:
- Changes may not be permitted under any circumstances unless the airline provides an exception (e.g., schedule change, bereavement, or medical waiver)
- We will inform you in advance if changes are not possible before proceeding

- Minor corrections (typos, prefix/title errors) may be permitted under airline policy
- Major name changes are not allowed on most airline tickets and may require cancellation and rebooking

- Change requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before departure
- For last-minute changes (within 24 hours of travel), approval is strictly subject to airline policy and seat availability
- We recommend contacting us as early as possible to maximize flexibility and minimize costs

Your total change cost may include:
- 1. Airline change fee (as per fare rule)
- 2. Fare difference between old and new itinerary (if applicable)
- 3. Opulent Adventures reissuance service fee (disclosed prior to processing)
We do not charge any fee for reviewing your fare rules or advising on eligibility.
Charges apply only once you confirm to proceed with the change.

- Original Booking Reference (PNR or Airline Record Locator)
- New preferred travel date(s) or routing
